For spending less

Every skipped drive-thru is money you kept.

Pick the places you want to go less: the drive-thru, the coffee shop, the mall. NoTestudo counts the days you stay clear and estimates what you didn’t spend.

Built for going less

Clear days, not slip-ups

A “go less” goal counts clear days: days with no visit to the places you picked. Start with a weekly target you can actually hit, then raise it. Home counts down to your next clear day.

Why it helps:

  • Wins you can see every day
  • Weekly targets, not perfection
  • A countdown to your next clear day

The money you kept, estimated

Skip the takeout and NoTestudo estimates what you didn’t spend, compared with your own weeks. It’s never a score, and it’s never shared with friends or groups.

What’s inside:

  • Money kept, in dollars
  • Your week against your own baseline
  • Private to you

Not sure where to start?

The two-minute habit check-in asks how often a kind of place comes up in your week, then suggests a first goal you can keep. It never asks for your location.

It covers:

  • Fast food, coffee, dessert and convenience stores
  • Shops and malls
  • Bars, liquor stores, vape shops and more

Questions people ask

How does NoTestudo know what I didn’t spend?

It estimates the money from the visits you skipped, compared with your own baseline, and shows it in dollars. It’s an estimate for you, never shared with anyone.

Which places can I pick?

Fast-food places, coffee shops, dessert spots, convenience stores, shops and malls, and more. You choose the places that matter for your goal. How to pick places for a “go less” goal walks through it.

Can I use it to cut back on drinking, vaping or weed?

You can pick bars, liquor stores, vape shops or dispensaries for a “go less” goal. NoTestudo is a tracking tool, not treatment. If you’re struggling, call or text 988 any time.

What if I slip?

A visit just means that day isn’t a clear day, and your weekly target is still there. Here’s how to restart after a missed week.

When can I get NoTestudo?

NoTestudo comes to the App Store for iPhone in January 2027. Until then it’s invite-only while the campus pilot runs at the University of Maryland. Ask someone on campus for an invite, or join the waitlist and we’ll email you the day it’s out.

NoTestudo is the habit app that tracks itself. Say your goals once, then live your week: the visits, the hours and the dollars you kept add up on their own.

NoTestudo is invite-only right now. Ask someone on campus for an invite, or join the waitlist for the App Store release in January.
