What is a habit check-in?

NoTestudo is built on one idea: your goals are made of places. Some places you want to visit more, like the gym or the library. Others you want to visit less, like the drive-thru you keep ending up at.

A habit check-in looks at one of those places and asks how often it has been on autopilot this past month: going because it’s on your way, because of a mood, or because it’s just what you do. It’s a mirror, not a judge. Nothing is graded, and your answers stay in this browser.
