NoTestudo Support

NoTestudo counts visits automatically in the background. In iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → NoTestudo, choose Always and turn on Precise Location. A stay needs a few minutes at a place to count; shorter stops show under Recent visits as not counted, and you can count one yourself.

Each goal counts days or minutes at the places you choose, Monday to Sunday. Daily recaps are ready the morning after. If you allowed AI recaps, Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, writes them from your recorded activity; turn that off anytime in Settings → Privacy and recaps continue as plain text.

Bank linking is optional and runs through Plaid. NoTestudo reads purchases to show what you spend at the places you go; it can’t move money. Remove a bank anytime in Settings → Bank accounts. While we’re in our first weeks, bank linking can be full; everything else works without it.

Location sharing with friends is off until you choose who sees you, and you can pause it anytime. To report a post or a person, open the post or profile and choose Report; you can also block anyone from their profile.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your visits, places, goals, groups, friends, bank connections and profile from our servers, then clears the data on your iPhone.
