Getting off the bus one stop early
The dispensary is on my walk home from the bus stop. Started getting off one stop early and walking the long way. It’s seven extra minutes.
Seven minutes turns out to be exactly enough to change the walk.

My goal is one dispensary run a month. Seven weeks in a row on track. I didn’t realize how often I used to stop by “just to look” until my weekly summary showed it. Now if I go, it’s planned, and I go once.

Had a rough week and went twice. My streak is back to the start. I’m not going to pretend it didn’t happen. But last month I would have gone five times, so I’m counting this as information, not a disaster.
