Seven weeks on track with one dispensary run a month
My goal is one dispensary run a month. Seven weeks in a row on track.
I didn’t realize how often I used to stop by “just to look” until my weekly summary showed it. Now if I go, it’s planned, and I go once.

The dispensary is on my walk home from the bus stop. Started getting off one stop early and walking the long way. It’s seven extra minutes. Seven minutes turns out to be exactly enough to change the walk.
