Went twice this week. Starting over Monday
Had a rough week and went twice. My streak is back to the start.
I’m not going to pretend it didn’t happen. But last month I would have gone five times, so I’m counting this as information, not a disaster.

The dispensary is on my walk home from the bus stop. Started getting off one stop early and walking the long way. It’s seven extra minutes. Seven minutes turns out to be exactly enough to change the walk.
