Our study circle has one rule: phones in the middle of the table
Four of us, one group, same goal: six library hours a week. We meet Tuesday and Thursday nights. Phones go in the middle of the table, and the first person to grab theirs buys snacks.
The group only shows streaks and on-track days, so nobody knows who did their hours where, and somehow that makes it less stressful.
