NoTestudo Terms of Service
Effective date: July 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of the NoTestudo app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
The service
NoTestudo helps you track habits using your device’s location, set goals, and optionally compete with friends on time-based leaderboards. Features may change as the app evolves.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to access other users’ data, no interfering with the service’s operation, no using the app where doing so would violate law, and no manipulating leaderboards through falsified location.
Location features and safety
Location tracking is optional and controlled by iOS permissions. Never interact with the app while driving. Stats and scores are informational and not professional advice of any kind.
Subscriptions
Paid features, where offered, are billed through your Apple account and governed by Apple’s terms. Manage or cancel in your App Store subscription settings. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple’s policies.
Groups and shared content
Group names and standings are visible to group members. Don’t use offensive names or harass other members; we may remove content or restrict accounts that do.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your personal data) are owned by NoTestudo’s developer. These terms don’t grant you rights to use our branding.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Location data and derived stats may be imprecise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
